Accessibility Statement

RD PROPERTY aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or who navigate without a mouse. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a completed task.

This statement applies to the public pages of delitepropertytech.com. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We do not claim conformance has been independently certified, and we do not claim the website is free of accessibility issues.

• Semantic HTML structure with landmarks and a single main region per page
• A skip link to the main content on every page
• Consistent, logical heading order
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements
• Keyboard operability for navigation, menus, dialogs and forms
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative marking for the rest
• Form labels, descriptions, error messages and status announcements
• Support for reduced-motion preferences
• Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling

The navigation menu and cookie preferences dialog can be opened and closed from the keyboard, trap focus while open, close with the Escape key and return focus to the control that opened them.

The website is built with standard HTML and ARIA patterns intended to work with current screen readers and browsers. We have not carried out a formal certified audit across all assistive technology combinations.

The design uses a dark architectural palette with gold accents. Text sizes and colour pairs are chosen to support readability, and colour is not used as the only means of conveying meaning.

Animation is subtle and used for emphasis only. Where a visitor’s system indicates a reduced-motion preference, motion effects are reduced or removed.

Pages are designed to remain usable when zoomed and at narrow viewport widths, without requiring horizontal scrolling for the main content.

No downloadable documents are published on this website at present. If documents are added, we will work to provide them in an accessible format or provide an accessible alternative on request.

We are currently aware of the following limitations:

• No independent third-party accessibility audit has yet been completed.
• Some data tables in the legal and demonstration areas require horizontal scrolling within the table on narrow screens.
• Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, so text rendering depends on that service being reachable.
• Demonstration areas of the website may change as content is developed, and their accessibility will be re-checked as they are finalised.
