MILESTONE ASSURED™

From submitted information to milestone assurance.

Milestone Assured™ records what information has been submitted, checked, professionally reviewed and independently monitored. Each level must be supported by identified evidence and a recorded reviewer.

PURPOSE

A record of evidence — not a guarantee.

Property decisions often depend on information supplied by several parties at different times. Milestone Assured™ creates a structured record of the evidence available, the review completed, the person or professional responsible and the matters still outstanding.

The framework does not turn incomplete information into certainty. It helps the client see the current evidence position, important exceptions and the next action required before a decision progresses.

Four levels. One controlled record.

  1. V1

    Identity & Mandate

Confirm the parties, authority, ownership structure and right to present the opportunity.

    Evidence may include

    • Identity and company information
    • Authority and instruction records
    • Ownership structure information
    • Mandate or right-to-present evidence
  2. V2

    Property Evidence

Review title, planning, property documents, professional reports and material evidence.

    Evidence may include

    • Title and ownership documents
    • Planning and property records
    • Surveys, inspections and reports
    • Material information and disclosed exceptions
  3. V3

    Commercial Pack

Test pricing, costs, delivery assumptions, financial structure and transaction readiness.

    Evidence may include

    • Pricing evidence and assumptions
    • Cost and programme information
    • Commercial structure and dependencies
    • Transaction-readiness documents
  4. V4

    Milestone Assured

Record independent delivery evidence, inspections, exceptions and recommended actions.

    Evidence may include

    • Delivery and inspection records
    • Milestone evidence and review dates
    • Exceptions and corrective actions
    • Handover or re-check requirements

Every record should show.

  • The named reviewer or responsible professional
  • The review date
  • Exceptions and outstanding information
  • Any expiry, update or re-check trigger

Important limitation
